Synopsis

The boys discover that individuals with disfigurements are awarded prizes for appearing on television, and they enlist Butters in the endeavor. When Butters' prize proves to be non-transferable, Cartman persuades his mother to join him for a segment titled, "Please Help My Out-of-Control Child."
