Synopsis

The boys attend church, where the priest instills a chilling fear of hell. Sunday school demands confession of sins, and a weight of guilt settles upon them. Their concern for Timmy, who can only manage his name, amplifies their own anxieties. Driven by a sudden need for absolution, they witness the priest in a compromising situation and, in that moment, resolve to protect themselves.
