Synopsis

Kyle requires a kidney transplant, and Cartman is an ideal donor. Cartman has set a price of ten million dollars for the organ. Driven by desperation, the other boys descend upon Cartman’s house with the intention of stealing one of his kidneys. However, Cartman foils their attempt. Stan, burdened by the impending loss of his friend, resolves to intervene. With the assistance of the parents, he orchestrates the acquisition of Cartman's kidney for Kyle.
