Synopsis

Shelly Marsh finds herself watching over Cartman. She invites her boyfriend to the house, who then extends an invitation to his band. This sets off a chain of events where Cartman must find evidence of Shelly breaking the rules. Simultaneously, the family cat, driven by instinct, enters heat and embarks on a search for a mate, ultimately summoning every feline in the neighborhood to the vacant Cartman residence for a wild gathering.
