Synopsis

The children of South Park were rehearsing "My Country 'Tis of Thee" for the "4 Million Child Blow," an event sponsored by Yoko Ono. Mr. Garrison was reluctant to attend, a lingering connection to his father's past keeping him away. At the concert, Stan and Kyle attempted to devise a way to surpass the coolness of the children from New York. Cartman, meanwhile, successfully located "the brown noise."
