Synopsis

With the end of the school year and the absence of Mr. Hat, Mr. Garrison teeters on the brink. A state-wide prohibition on fireworks throws a wrench into the boy's plans for a Fourth of July celebration. Desperate, Mr. Garrison seeks guidance from Dr. Katz, while Jimbo and Ned embark on a clandestine journey to Mexico, hoping to procure fireworks for the children back home.
