Synopsis

Aunt Flo's monthly visits to Sharon Marsh always bring a peculiar gift, this time a fish for Stan. The creature unnerves him, a feeling that intensifies as the number of corpses grows. Mrs. Marsh, convinced of Stan’s guilt, begins concealing the bodies. Meanwhile, the boys stumble upon a startling discovery at the "Indian Burial Ground Pet Store": not one, but two Cartmans, and a gateway to another world.
