Synopsis

Colorado law permits cannabis use with a physician's recommendation. Randy stands as the first in line to purchase some, only to be denied; his health is perfectly sound. He’s desperate for a medical justification, while elsewhere, Cartman will pursue any means necessary to reclaim his cherished fried chicken restaurant.
