Synopsis

A head lice outbreak sweeps through South Park Elementary, and Mrs. Garrison stubbornly refuses to disclose the source of the infestation. Determined to identify the culprit, Cartman embarks on a personal investigation, eager for an opportunity to subject the offender to ridicule. Simultaneously, Travis Belcher, acutely aware of the impending doom for his fellow lice at the hands of humanity, desperately seeks a way to avert their destruction.
