A rift forms between companions when Captain Dread’s crew casts doubt upon Sonic’s allegiance. Soon, a conflict erupts upon the waves, a desperate struggle for control of the Shard.
The Chaos Council has returned to New Yoke City, their power amplified. This resurgence compels the rebels to abandon their hidden places and confront them directly.
