Synopsis

Having routed a band of brigands and freed several villagers, Sonic and Tails found themselves unexpectedly trapped. The grateful townsfolk, overwhelmed with relief, insisted on showering them with praise and gratitude – an outpouring of heartfelt emotion that effectively prevented their departure. They’d saved the day, certainly, but now they were stuck, weighed down by a tide of well-meaning obligation.
