Synopsis

Mr. Quincy, the lodger from next door, organized the local Scottish dancing group. He was currently planning a display to honor the upcoming visit of Mr. MacDougall, the Liberal Party candidate. He desired Betty’s participation but found no role for Frank. Because one of the dancers had to remain home to care for Jessica, attendance rotated among the members.
