Synopsis

Anna and Alex harbor a shared dream of a summer house, a vision currently beyond their means. While a villa is available to them, a significant oak tree presents a considerable obstacle. Its dense foliage obstructs the lake view, and its presence ultimately diminishes the property's worth.
