Synopsis

In the whimsical land of Snorkland, a band is formed by All-Star and his companions for All-Star's uncle, Galleo. The music may be rough around the edges, but Occy’s enthusiastic keyboard playing quickly captures the public's attention, launching him to stardom. However, Junior harbors resentment and seeks to undermine Occy’s newfound fame. He appeals to his father, the Governor, hoping to shut down the band and elevate his own lackluster musical endeavors. With Occy’s assistance, the Governor's
