Synopsis

In the town square, a portrait of the Governor stood marred by a crude mark of red crayon. The damage sparked outrage and suspicion, with many pointing fingers at All-Star and his companions. Junior and his family were particularly incensed, convinced their painting had been deliberately defaced. A search for the culprit ensued, and eventually, Tooter was discovered in possession of the incriminating crayon. He was charged with defacing property, but when the trial commenced, Tooter had vanis
