Synopsis

A release from LuthorCorp unleashes into the atmosphere a toxin with a terrifying effect: it conjures in its victims the most deeply held of their fears. Chloe, Clark, Lana, and Jason are all afflicted, succumbing to the hallucinatory torment. Driven by desperation for a cure, Lex Luthor takes a perilous antidote. Simultaneously, Lionel Luthor is freed from prison, his conviction overturned by a mysterious benefactor.
