Synopsis

Clark was taken aback when Kara reappeared on Earth, delivering the news that Jor-El had dispatched her to avert a looming darkness, doubting Clark's capacity for the task. Simultaneously, Lois confronted Gordon Godfrey, a provocative radio personality who had been relentlessly attacking heroes, after he threatened the Green Arrow. But the situation escalated when Godfrey was overcome by the encroaching dark force, seizing Lois as a hostage, forcing Clark and Kara into a desperate rescue.
