Synopsis

With the VRA now active, a regrettable series of events unfolds. The Green Arrow's attempt to thwart a mugging escalates when he is met with hostility from the very people he sought to protect, attacked for his heroic actions. Meanwhile, Clark learns that those who assailed Oliver bear a distinctive darkness tattoo. As Slade Wilson resurfaces, orchestrating the kidnapping of Lois Lane, Carter Hall and Star Girl return to aid Clark in confronting the renewed threat.
