The mansion's siege by vampires was abruptly broken by the arrival of the military. Soon after, Mikhail and then Kershner spoke with Yuliy about the Ark, connecting its history to events in his own.

Yuliy travels alone to the southern reaches of Karafuto, or Sakhalin Island, following the path to the Ark of Sirius. His brother and the vampire prince Yevgraf await him there.

Yuliy and the Bishop encountered an elderly man who had known Yuliy’s father, Alexei. However, the old man declined to offer any further information. Later, while in town, they happened upon Ryoko and Iba.

Willard and the Jaegers discovered an artifact connected to the Ark, prompting them to pursue Yuliy, who was nearing both the Ark’s sanctuary and his father.

As Willard and the Jaegers journeyed toward Karafuto, Bishop initiated his plan. Supported by Ryoko and Iba, Yuliy faced the vampires and his brother.

Mikhail found Yevgraf, but the Ark had already claimed him. With Yuliy and Willard within its confines, the airship turned its course toward the impending conflict.
