Synopsis

The time had come for Ryn to return to the ocean, to aid her colony. The hybrids persuaded one of the mermaids to accompany them to a secluded place, setting Helen and Ben on a quest to find them. A journalist sought out Xander, hoping he could unravel the events of the oil rig disaster, but Xander wrestled with his allegiances, uncertain of the consequences of offering assistance.
