Synopsis

At the Hacker Hostel, Richard and Erlich discover that Peter Gregory will not remit funds until a comprehensive business plan is delivered, one that includes a leaner workforce. Desperate, Richard recruits Jared, a former associate of Belson, and together they begin the arduous task of streamlining operations. While Gilfoyle and Dinesh prove indispensable, the future of Big Head's role within the company remains uncertain.
