Synopsis

Sid dreamed of becoming a weatherman, envisioning a life where he could dictate the daily forecast. With his friends, Sid embarked on an exploration of weather phenomena, discovering that while weathermen don't actually control the elements, they must possess extensive knowledge of rain, sunshine, wind, and the spectrum of temperatures from scorching heat to bitter cold.
