Synopsis

Sid was decidedly unhappy about his favorite shirt now being too small, his shoes no longer fitting, and the unwelcome switch to a different toothpaste. He felt compelled to ask, “Why do things have to change?” Eventually, Sid began to understand that alteration is an inherent aspect of existence, as he and his friends explored examples of transformation – from the natural process of decay to the wonder of growth, and even the simple shifts brought about by heat.
