Synopsis

Mayor Wasicsko, after a protracted struggle for agreement, secured passage of the housing plan through a contentious vote. With the plan approved, housing officials could at last commence preparations for constructing the new townhomes. Yet, even with this hard-won victory, the political ramifications for Wasicsko began to surface.
