Synopsis

A federal judge, growing impatient with protracted delays, has issued an ultimatum to the mayor of Yonkers and the City Council, triggering a cascade of crisis. Across the city, residents of public housing, confined to the decaying complexes of West Yonkers, observe the unfolding events. Simultaneously, the residents of East Yonkers make their opposition undeniably clear.
