Synopsis

When a man dies, Sherlock Holmes is drawn into the case, complicated by the theft of his latest manuscript. The investigation leads him to unravel a curious proposition: an offer to purchase a house and everything within it. He must determine the identity of the person orchestrating this peculiar scheme.
