Synopsis

From Derbyshire comes Hilton Cubitt, seeking the counsel of Sherlock Holmes regarding a disturbing series of picture-messages delivered by dancing figures. On their wedding day, he had sworn to his wife never to inquire into her past, yet she now appears consumed by a palpable fear. Holmes must unravel the cryptic code of these matchstick men, a process that will lead him to the dark heart of a dreadful murder.
