Synopsis

Stark pursues a wealthy arms dealer implicated in supplying explosives to Los Angeles gangs. These devices have fueled three car bombings, resulting in nine deaths over the last five months. The FBI’s eagerness to assume control of the investigation complicates matters, but Sebastian refuses. Casey has been abducted, and his life hangs in the balance should the broker succeed in fleeing the country.
