Sunraku accepted Vysache's offer of tutelage, accepting in return the weighty Vorpal Soul Collar. This artifact diminished his experience point gains, though it compensated with increased stat point rewards upon each level achieved. With this arrangement in place, Emul proposed joining Sunraku's company, and together they embarked for Thirdrema.
