Synopsis

Fiona’s tenants, displaced from their homes, retreat within the confines of her apartment. Lip takes refuge with a frightened Sierra and Lucas upon the release of his father from prison. Elsewhere, Ian, ignoring cautions, offers shelter to a runaway teenager named Frank. As for Debbie, she faces a difficult decision: whether to prioritize tuition or fund surgery to save her toes.
