Synopsis

The sweet sixteen plans were proving a source of endless contention between CeCe and her mother, a disagreement that cast a shadow over the upcoming celebration. But when CeCe stumbled upon a video of her mother at her own sweet sixteen, a surprising shift occurred within her.
