Synopsis

Rocky was certain CeCe’s father was attempting to court her mother, a scenario ripe for exploration in her book. Initially skeptical, CeCe’s disbelief fractured when she discovered a ring nestled in her father's coat pocket. The discovery sparked a shared notion: he intended to propose to CeCe’s mother.
