Synopsis

The Captain arranged a meeting with Toma, a man he regarded with a rare apprehension – perhaps the only one in all of Bucharest who inspired fear. Meanwhile, after Relu’s attempt to collect a debt from a difficult doctor had failed, Nico offered him a second chance, dispatching Sabin to see the matter through. Relu, before departing, cautioned Teddy to keep his distance from Magda.
