Synopsis

The Star Bearers had determined that the soot pipes were the source of the phantoms. To restore order in the children's wing, Barbara punished the Belle twins—responsible for shattering the coffee carafes—by assigning them to cleaning the soot pipes. Yet, unable to identify the true cause of the disturbances, the Star Bearers now turned their suspicions toward Kate.
