Synopsis

A storm had broken over the Institute. Alec, Isabelle, and Clary were consumed by a desperate search for Jace, their efforts abruptly halted by the arrival of Victor Aldertree. He was resolute in his determination to restore order. Yet, aligning the New York Shadowhunters with the Clave might prove at odds with the trio's own rescue plan. Elsewhere, Jocelyn had much to process now that she had awakened.
