The show failed to impress me; I found nothing worthwhile about what the characters did, and their supposed reasons for doing it were shaky and didn’t always make sense. The performers themselves delivered strong performances, but I disliked every single character. Billie’s goals seemed to shift without any clear pattern, making her appear lost even with a supportive husband. She's made numerous hasty choices that damaged both her own existence and those of people around her, seemingly driven by a desire to stir up trouble and upset the peace for others.
