Synopsis

Parker made a difficult choice, retreating from a desperate situation to avert a catastrophic dam failure and the loss of lives. However, his judgment clouded by alcohol, he inadvertently found himself in the midst of a public execution, a lapse that allowed a serial killer to escape.
