Synopsis

Parker had to save Talmadge. The commandoes had taken him, their purpose a grim one: to extract information about Operation Backstep through torture, and then to kill him. Parker’s initial attempts at rescue, however, proved futile. It was only the sudden, unexpected emergence of his ability to loop time that offered a path to completing the mission.
