Synopsis

Parker found himself in a precarious situation, forced to retreat from a rapidly escalating crisis. His actions were the only thing preventing a submarine from detonating, and simultaneously averting a nuclear conflict between China and the United States, a conflict threatened by a nearby U.S. cruiser.
