Synopsis

Chris offered Cookie Monster the final cookie in Hooper's shop, assuring him that more would be available the following day. Cookie Monster sighed, wishing he wouldn't have to endure any more waiting for a treat. At that moment, his Fairy Cookie Person materialized, bestowing upon him "The Cookie Touch."
