Synopsis

In a moment of whimsical experimentation, Kramer attempts to apply mousse to his hair. Meanwhile, Jerry inadvertently presents Elaine with the chance to secure an apartment directly above his own, failing to fully consider the potential consequences. Elsewhere, George puts the age-old theory of approaching women by displaying a wedding band to the test.
