Synopsis

The humid air of a summer afternoon hung over West Chester, Pennsylvania, when police responded to a traffic accident. Eighteen-year-old Bianca Roberson was found deceased at the wheel of her car. An autopsy would later uncover evidence of a deliberate crime; investigators now hope that security camera footage will lead them to Bianca’s killer.
