Synopsis

On August 18, 2015, Carl Starke, age thirty-six, was fatally shot at close range near his home in St. Augustine, Florida. Though no one witnessed the attack, neighbors reported hearing gunfire. With a probable time of death established, police began reviewing CCTV footage in their search for the perpetrator.
