Synopsis

In a downtown Baltimore apartment building in 2017, a neighbor discovered twenty-four-year-old Dionay “Dion” Smith—a father and youth worker—shot dead with a shotgun. The other tenants were reticent, but security camera footage captured outside the victim’s door helped identify a visitor of interest.
