Synopsis

In 2017, San Diego became the scene of a tragedy when twenty-eight-year-old musician Omar Medina vanished. His family’s anguish deepened with the discovery of his body inside a barrel adrift in the bay. The police investigation then focused on surveillance footage as they sought to identify those responsible.
