Synopsis

In 2017, police discovered fifty-one-year-old Jorge Rodriguez wandering the streets, wounded by gunfire and near a car pockmarked with bullet holes. Determined to secure justice for Jorge’s grieving daughters, investigators traced the movements of an elusive suspect through a series of security camera recordings. [also shown as S9:E5]
