Synopsis

Tom Dawkins initiated an inquiry into the toxicological anomalies present at the Scarrow blast site. As British intelligence pinpointed the location of al-Qaeda leader Tamin al-Ghamdi, a hesitant Dawkins was tasked with his apprehension.
