Synopsis

Tornado Shanks proclaimed Sealab a sovereign nation, a calculated move to establish his own personal tax haven. A fervor for independence quickly spread throughout the crew, and within minutes, a half-dozen new nations were declared. With the assistance of two British businessmen, these fledgling states were soon equipped with missiles, purportedly armed with nuclear warheads. But when conflict erupted and every Sealab nation declared war on its neighbors, the missiles proved to be inert.
