Synopsis

A technicality in the Sealab charter grants command to all personnel, with the notable exception of Stormy (deemed intellectually unsuited), Quinn (too obstinately proud to capitalize on the opportunity), and the Chinese crew – a decision rooted in a certain deference to their history of achievement, encompassing fields as diverse as animation. With the entire ship now ostensibly captain, Sealab faces an uncertain future. And as for Captain Murphy, his disappearance remains a perplexing mystery.
