Synopsis

The unsettling occurrences of Halloween compel Dean Munsch to alert the authorities regarding the murders at the Institute, resulting in an unexpected surge of new patients. Simultaneously, Chanel grows weary of performing unpleasant tasks and devises a scheme involving the recruitment of fresh faces into the Chanels’ fold. Later, Zayday and Chanel #5 seek out someone connected to the hospital's history; and one patient’s distress begins to fray the staff's composure.
